Console Levels

There are three distinctly different console levels: the Reseller level console, the Accounts level console and the Domain level console. Either console is accessed using a standard web browser.

The Reseller level console is used to manage your clients, reseller settings, themes and client domain names. It enables you with a simplified but powerful solution to manage all aspects of the relationship.

The Account level (MyAccount) is accessible through the Reseller console and is used to manage the financial and administrative details of your account with TPP Wholesale, including:

  • Contact details
  • Billing and invoices
  • Purchase or cancellation of domain services

The Account level console provides complete management of all your domains and services held in the account. As well as serving as your MyAccount, there is a individual account level for each client access created via the Partner Console.

For those resellers using Partner Console as a white-label online retail and management system you can provide end-users with direct access to their account level interface. Allows user the following functionality:

  • Update/Edit contact details
  • Order products and services
  • Billings & invoices
  • User & contact management
  • Service administration
  • Reports

The Domains level console may be accessed either through the Accounts console login or via a separate username and password, and allows for administration and management of:

  • DNS and zone records
  • Domain services (Update Nic handles, nameservers, add host names)
  • Website and FTP details

The domain console provides complete management of an individual domain only and various services applicable to the domain. The login details for a specific domain may be safely shared with a third party, such as a web designer commissioned to work on your domains. For more information about the domains level console, go to The Domain Level Console.
